About Amir Jawaherian
Amir Jawaherian is a real estate and development specialist with 22 years of experience in real estate development and construction. His career began in Dubai in 2004, where his work included the Palm Islands and the Dubai Race Track, and has been based in Los Angeles since 2012. Since 2012, Amir has advised on 15 ground-up new-construction projects across Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, Santa Monica and the Hollywood Hills, working with builders and developers across the full cycle - land acquisition, entitlement, design, finish selection and sale. He has also developed ground-up projects in Los Angeles as a principal, from land acquisition through completion. This gives clients a single advisor who has sat on both sides of a development: the one selling it, and the one building it. Based at The Agency's flagship Beverly Hills office since 2015, Amir works with a team of senior land use consultants, architects, engineers and contractors, and applies working knowledge of Los Angeles municipal codes and land-use process to development and investment opportunities. He represents buyers, sellers, builders and developers in high-end new construction, legacy properties and off-market transactions across LA's Westside. On 2025 sales data, RealTrends Verified ranked Amir #21 in Beverly Hills and #310 nationally by sales volume, with $101.67M across 15 transaction sides and an average sale price of $6.78M.
