About Andrew Woeck
A Seattle native, Andrew Woeck has lived a life of ambition and adventure. He spent his younger years perfecting his craft as a college athlete at Western Nevada College and North Carolina State University, followed by a professional baseball career with the Tampa Bay Rays and in Taiwan. Andrew retired early to take care of his family as they battled cancer before deciding to live out his childhood dream of living in sunny South Florida on his yacht, "Lucky Louie." His experience in real estate originated with personal investments in both short- and long-term rental properties, including opening a successful wedding venue. Now, he uses his experience in both the yachting industry as a Global Yacht Broker and in real estate as an investment and Naples-area waterfront specialist.
