About Ashley Heseltine

I'm Ashley! REALTOR®, professional problem solver, chronic over-thinker, and the person you probably want in your corner when a real estate deal starts getting weird. I've been in real estate since 2022, and apparently I decided to make up for lost time. I'm now a REALTOR® 500 agent, an American Warrior Real Estate Professional, and have built a business I'm incredibly proud of by doing things a little differently. Before real estate, I spent more than 20 years behind the chair as a hairstylist and salon owner - which, as it turns out, is excellent training for real estate. I can talk to pretty much anyone, I've heard everything, very little shocks me, and I'm really good at talking people off ledges. Today I help people buy and sell everything from their first home to luxury properties, investment properties, acreage and land, and occasionally 1,600 acres on the side of a mountain that requires me to learn things I never imagined Googling for a living. If you're selling, I'm a little obsessed with figuring out what makes your property different and how we make other people see it too. I don't believe in putting a house on the MLS, sticking a sign in the yard and hoping for the best. We're going to have a strategy, we're probably going to make some videos, and I will definitely have opinions. If you're buying, my job isn't to sell you a house. It's to help you find the right one - and make sure you understand exactly what you're getting into before you sign your name 847 times at closing. I'll point out the good, the bad, the weird, and the things I think you should walk away from. And when we find the one? I know how to negotiate and get creative to give you the strongest shot at getting it. I love complicated properties. I love complicated deals. And I really love figuring out how to get from "How the hell are we going to make this work?" to "We did it." Real estate is a huge financial decision, but I don't think the experience has to feel stuffy or transactional. I'll tell you what I think, explain the things that don't make sense, fight for you when it matters, and probably become way too invested in your life somewhere along the way. And if I don't know the answer? Give me five minutes. I'll figure it out.
