Born and raised in the Mid-West, engrained in me are the hard-working abilities and commitment principles that will never be lost. I worked for a large corporation for over 30 years where all my positions were customer service related and Project Management. Together with my hard-working aptitudes, 100% perseverance, attention to details, commitment to deadlines, teamwork and 30+ years of customer service is what I bring and provide to all facets of my Real Estate Career. I have been in Real Estate for over 25 years here in the Las Vegas area. I work with 1st time Buyers,experienced Buyers, Investors, Sellers and Tenants. I do not shy away from any clients. I do my best to meet my client's needs. If I cannot provide the expertise clients require, I refer them to those who can. I always provide a smooth as possible process coordinating and negotiating all the pieces of a transaction; whether it's with Title, Escrow, Inspections, HOAs, and Agents until we achieve a successful result that meets the client's needs. When you call me, if I am not readily available, you will NOT get a message indicating the best way to reach me is via text or that I will return your call within 24/48 business hours. I will return your call as soon as possible. I aim to be available to provide Real Estate Services that meets my client's schedule. I am dedicated to all my clients and once you become my client, my goal is to preserve you for life when you require future real estate needs. All I ask in return is your referrals so that I may provide the same level of service you received.
