Her background in a well-known fashion and real estate family sharpened her analytical approach and her ability to identify properties that deliver both lifestyle and long-term value. Her experience spans a broad range of roles, including purchase, sale, and lease transactions; property management; modular housing; and new development. Before entering residential brokerage, Chloe worked in operations for a direct lender specializing in funding fix-and-flip projects, ground-up construction, and DSCR rental properties, giving her a strong financial foundation to guide clients through value-add and investment opportunities. A client-centric advisor, Chloe equips clients with clear, thoughtful market insights, making the home-buying and selling process seamless while protecting their most significant investment. Chloe graduated from Occidental College with a B.A. in Diplomacy and World Affairs. She speaks French and Spanish and lives in Beverly Hills with her two children.
