Colleen Filkins joins The Agency as a proud member of the Price Team, serving clients throughout the Inland Empire. With 13 years of real estate experience and over 150 successful sales, Colleen has built a reputation for perseverance, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to getting deals across the finish line. Originally from La Verne, California, Colleen began her real estate career 13 years ago alongside her team lead and longtime friend, Briana Price. What started with cold calling and determination has evolved into a thriving career defined by resilience and results. Known for taking on complex transactions others may walk away from, Colleen approaches every challenge with a solution-oriented mindset-thinking outside the box and refusing to give up until the deal is closed. What drives Colleen most is helping families achieve homeownership and witnessing the joy of handing over the keys at closing. As a single mother, her career has also been deeply personal, motivated by the desire to show her children that hard work and dedication make anything possible. Outside of work, Colleen spends much of her time with her son, especially at weekend baseball games, and became a proud grandmother in September 2025. She is also actively involved with Blood Cancer United, an organization close to her heart following the passing of her father from AML. In recognition of her dedication, she was honored as Rookie of the Year last year. A devoted animal lover, she shares her home with one rescue dog and two rescue cats.
