About Dalton Sorrells
Dalton Sorrells brings a thoughtful, strategic approach to real estate across Charlotte and the surrounding areas. Licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina, he serves clients in SouthPark, Raintree, Lake Wylie, Lake Norman and beyond. He believes every property and every client deserves a plan built around their specific goals. As a lake property specialist, Dalton helps buyers and sellers understand the details that can make a meaningful difference in a waterfront transaction, from dock and boat slip arrangements to shoreline permitting, water depth and flood considerations. His time fishing on Lake Wylie has given him a personal connection to the area and a practical understanding of how the lakes change through the seasons. He also works closely with sellers whose homes did not sell the first time, taking a fresh look at pricing, presentation and marketing to find the right path forward. Dalton's background in customer service shapes the way he works: he listens closely, communicates clearly and stays steady when a transaction gets complicated. He enjoys the mix of strategy and personal connection that real estate brings, whether he is negotiating for a client, helping them understand the value of their home or exploring how property can support their long-term goals. Originally from Orlando, Dalton has called Charlotte home since 2015. He graduated from Myers Park High School and earned an associate degree from Central Piedmont Community College. Outside of real estate, you can find him fishing, golfing or playing basketball. He also supports JDRF, a cause that is personal to him as someone who has lived with type 1 diabetes since age 13. Whether you're looking to buy, sell, rent or invest-or simply have questions about real estate-Dalton would welcome the chance to connect and help you decide what comes next!
