About Eliot Schoenhoff
Eliot relocated to Aspen in 2022 after graduating from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. What began as a new adventure quickly became a passion for the community, lifestyle, and unparalleled beauty of the Roaring Fork Valley. He soon discovered that Aspen is much more than a world-renowned ski destination-it's a close-knit, relationship-driven community where trust, service, and local knowledge matter. Prior to transitioning into real estate, Eliot built a strong foundation in luxury hospitality at The Residences at The Little Nell, Aspen's premier fractional ownership property. Through his progression within the Guest Services department, he developed a client-first approach centered on exceptional service, attention to detail, and consistently exceeding expectations. These skills translate seamlessly into helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the Aspen market with confidence. Passionate about building lasting relationships and delivering a high level of personalized service, Eliot is committed to helping clients achieve their real estate goals while providing a seamless experience from start to finish. Outside of work, he embraces the Colorado lifestyle and can often be found mountain biking, dirt biking, and snowboarding throughout the mountains he is proud to call home.
