About Esther "Evie" Silvas
Esther "Evie" Silvas joined The Agency's Pacific Palisades office in May 2023, bringing with her a wealth of enthusiasm and a genuine desire to help her clients achieve their dreams. While she may be relatively new to the real estate industry, Evie's passion for assisting buyers and sellers shines through in every interaction. Originally hailing from the small town of Crete, Nebraska, Evie has embraced the vibrant atmosphere of Los Angeles, where she has resided for the past 20 years. Her extensive knowledge of the city's diverse neighborhoods, from Santa Monica to Los Feliz, comes from her personal experiences living in each area. This local knowledge enables her to provide valuable insights to her clients, ensuring they make informed decisions for their individual needs. Before entering the real estate field, Evie pursued a career as a spokesperson and spokesmodel, showcasing her comfort with public speaking and her ability to connect with a wide range of individuals. These skills have seamlessly translated into her real estate career, allowing her to build strong relationships with clients, including first-time homebuyers and high-net-worth investors. Evie's journey into real estate was influenced by her lifelong fascination with architecture and design, as well as her personal connection to the mortgage industry through her spouse, who manages a mortgage bank. Outside of real estate, Evie leads an active and fulfilling life. Her love for travel has taken her to 34 countries, fueling her curiosity and appreciation for different cultures. As a self-proclaimed foodie, she is always eager to explore new culinary experiences. In her free time, she enjoys staying active through workouts, hiking, and horseback riding. Evie is also a dedicated dog lover, and her rescue Pomeranian named Coco Bear holds a special place in her heart. Additionally, she embraces her community spirit by volunteering and donating to animal rescue shelters.
