Evan Griffith brings a relationship-driven approach to real estate, shaped by a background in music, marketing, and talent management. Originally from Manhattan's Upper West Side, Evan was introduced early to real estate through his family, spending time in markets like Manhattan, Riverdale, the Hamptons and Cape Cod. Since moving to Los Angeles in 2017, he has lived across West Hollywood, Culver City, and the South Bay, developing a strong, firsthand understanding of the city's diverse neighborhoods and lifestyles. Before transitioning into real estate, Evan built his career in the music industry, working across artist and influencer management, A&R, and marketing, including roles at Sony Music Epic Records and as the founder of his own company, Fire Tower Entertainment. In these environments, he learned to navigate high-stakes negotiations, position clients strategically, create and market their content, and deliver results in competitive, fast-moving spaces-skills that translate seamlessly into real estate. Evan's strength lies in his ability to connect. Whether working with buyers or sellers, he takes a thoughtful, tailored approach-combining sharp marketing instincts with a genuine investment in his clients' goals. His experience creating compelling campaigns and content-driven visibility allows him to present listings with intention while guiding clients confidently through each step of the process. A graduate of Dartmouth College, where he earned a dual degree in Psychology and Music, with an additional certification from Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business, Evan brings both analytical insight and creative perspective to his work. Outside of real estate, he remains deeply connected to music and community, serving as MD at venues across SoCal, including LA's esteemed Wilshire Boulevard Temple and representing top LA influencer talent.
