About Gina Martino ABR, GRI
Gina Martino brings an experience-driven approach to real estate, shaped by more than 15 years in the Los Angeles market and a lifetime of global travel. She helps clients slow the process down, see the full picture, and make confident decisions in a fast-moving market. Born and raised in Beverly Hills, Gina has an intimate understanding of Los Angeles and its neighborhoods. She has represented everyone from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors, creatives, executives, and high-profile clients. Her experience across design, development, construction, and marketing allows her to evaluate properties holistically, blending old-school intuition with modern strategy. She focuses on what truly matters to her clients-listening closely, expanding their sense of what's possible, and guiding each step with empathy. Her perspective is informed by years of lived experience and exposure to different ways people communicate and make decisions. Outside of real estate, Gina is a passionate traveler, food lover, and storyteller. She lives in Beverly Hills and remains deeply connected to the city she serves.
