About Heather Babber
Heather Babber brings a uniquely holistic perspective to real estate at The Agency Beverly Hills, shaped by her success as an entrepreneur, business leader, and lifelong student of human potential. As the founder and CEO of Paladin Management Group-a multifamily office and business management firm-Heather built her career on helping clients create structure, clarity, and growth in their financial lives. Her transition into real estate felt like a natural evolution: a way to help people design not only their portfolios, but the lives they want to live. Driven by both strategy and intuition, Heather approaches her work with balance and depth. Over the past decade, she has explored the connection between mind, body, and environment-learning firsthand that where and how we live has a profound impact on our wellbeing. Her clients value her thoughtful guidance, her ability to see both the practical and emotional sides of a decision, and her calm, grounded energy throughout the process. A Los Angeles native with a B.A. in Biology from Pepperdine University, Heather is also a devoted mother of two. Whether she's guiding a client to their dream home or working to elevate collective consciousness, Heather leads with intention, integrity, and heart.
