About Jae'Quan Robinson
Born in The Bronx and raised in Connecticut, Jae brings a passion for people, a strong work ethic, and a deep commitment to guiding clients through every step of the real estate process. He proudly serves buyers and sellers throughout Fairfield and New Haven Counties. Before entering real estate, Jae built a career rooted in service. For more than six years, he worked as a Juvenile Detention Officer with the State of Connecticut Judicial Branch, supporting families from diverse backgrounds. He also served as a behavioral therapist and ABA technician, working with children and adults with special needs, as well as students in the Waterbury Public Schools. These experiences shaped his patient, empathetic approach and sharpened his communication and problem-solving skills-qualities that now define his work as a real estate professional. Drawn to real estate by a lifelong love of homes and community, Jae is motivated by the opportunity to help clients make one of life's most important decisions. He thrives on the fact that no two transactions are ever the same, and he is dedicated to helping families build financial security and generational wealth through homeownership. Known for staying calm under pressure, adapting quickly to challenges, and communicating with honesty and clarity, he is committed to earning his clients' trust and loyalty through every interaction. A proud graduate of Sacred Heart High School, where he was a standout football player breaking numerous school records, Jae went on to earn his degree in Sociology with double minors in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Southern Connecticut State University. His background reflects his resilience, drive, and ability to excel in competitive environments. Outside of real estate, family is at the center of Jae's life. He enjoys spending time with loved ones, starts each day at the gym, and finds fulfillment in giving back to the community. He is the Co-Founder and Administrator of the Jordan Isaiah Robinson Legacy Foundation, a nonprofit created by his family to honor his late younger brother. The foundation awards annual scholarships to student-athletes who excel academically and in sports, while also providing funding to local youth teams-keeping Jordan's legacy alive through opportunity, achievement, and community support. With a foundation built on integrity, resilience, and genuine care for others, Jae Robinson is dedicated to delivering an exceptional real estate experience for every client he serves.
