About James Zarres
James was born in Los Angeles and raised in Palm Springs, California. He graduated from Desert Chapel High School and received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Minor in Business Management from Azusa Pacific University. During college, James had a major life event where his mother unexpectedly passed away in the middle of his family trying to sell their family home. The service James was provided by his agent during his family's most difficult time has now become a cornerstone of what he's committed to providing for his clients. After moving to San Diego in 2025, James continues to provide the same white glove service to his clients. James is the 2nd youngest sibling to 5 others, all of which are adopted from different families at different ages, races, and backgrounds. After having lost his father in 2024, James deeply values family time which he enjoys doing with his siblings in Temecula and The Coachella Valley. Traveling and seeing the world is also one of James's hobbies as he's been to over 20 countries and 30+ states with plans to continue and see other cultures to gain experiences all over the world.
