About Jason Lautenbacher
Jason Lautenbacher brings a composed, strategic presence to New York City real estate, paired with a thoughtful, direct, and quietly confident style. Before transitioning into real estate, Jason built his career as a senior project manager in the public sector, leading complex modernization initiatives across legal, technical, and executive teams. That background continues to shape how he works today: highly organized, detail-driven, and able to navigate complexity with clarity and precision. Jason approaches real estate as a true advisory practice. He works closely with buyers and sellers to understand not only their financial goals, but how they want to live-offering tailored guidance grounded in market insight and long-term perspective. Known for his steady hand and measured approach, he brings a sense of calm to even the most nuanced transactions. At the same time, Jason is pragmatic and refreshingly straightforward; he believes his clients are best served by honest guidance, clear strategy, and a seamless, well-executed process. Jason lives on the Upper East Side with his husband, Lee, and their two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, George and Charlotte.
