Jennifer first moved to Coeur d'Alene in 2012 and quickly fell in love with the charm of this little city. She's always been drawn to the historic homes downtown and the endless land opportunities throughout the region. Growing up in small-town Montana gave her a deep appreciation for open spaces, hobby farms, and ranch life-so it's no surprise that Cougar Gulch remains her dream corner of Coeur d'Alene. She and her husband recently renovated a 100-year-old home downtown, and she's turned half their backyard into a garden-her way of pretending she's already living on a sprawling property. What Jennifer loves most about real estate is the moment she gets to hand over the keys-knowing her clients have found the place that fits them just right. Whether it's a fixer-upper they plan to transform, a home close to family where memories will grow for generations, or the dream property they've worked so hard to achieve, she feels honored to be part of such a meaningful milestone.
