With more than 15 years of experience in real estate and a strong background in finance, banking, and negotiation, I bring a unique combination of market knowledge, financial expertise, and personalized service to every transaction. Before beginning my real estate career in June 2010, I spent 25 years as a fixed-income salesperson and broker in Lower Manhattan, along with five years in commercial and retail banking. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Manhattan College and am a graduate of the New York Institute of Finance. This extensive financial background provides me with valuable insight into market trends, property values, and the financial considerations that are essential to making informed real estate decisions. As a multi-million-dollar producer, I have been recognized numerous times by the New Jersey Association of REALTORS®. I have been happily married for more than 42 years and am the proud father of four children. Over the years, I have coached numerous youth sports teams, participated in the Knights of Columbus associated with Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, served on the RHS Football Scholarship Committee, and proudly supported Covenant House in New York City.
