Before earning his license, July served as Marketing Director for one of the top teams at The Agency where he led the creative direction behind many of the team's top listings. His career began in New York after earning his BFA from Pratt Institute, where he worked across branding, architectural marketing, and editorial fashion - including two magazine covers and multiple runway seasons. That diverse creative path eventually brought him back to California and into real estate full-time. Today, July pairs his artistic instincts with real estate expertise to help clients find properties that speak to their goals and lifestyle. Whether advising on an investment opportunity or elevating a listing's presentation, he brings a designer's eye and a connector's heart to every detail. Outside of real estate, July enjoys making music and art, spending time with his husband and two dogs, and exploring LA's cultural and architectural gems.
