A former elementary school teacher and business owner, Karen is patient, organized, and an excellent communicator. She loves meeting new people, learning what matters most to them in a home, and making the buying or selling process feel comfortable and enjoyable. Having lived on Siesta Key and in several Sarasota neighborhoods-and having raised her children here-she offers valuable knowledge of local schools, communities, and long‑term market trends. Karen's passion for real estate comes naturally: her mother was an award‑winning Boca Raton realtor, and she has renovated multiple homes alongside her son, who works in construction. She enjoys helping clients see what a home could become and guiding them toward smart, confident decisions. Outside of real estate, Karen enjoys gardening, spending time in nature, traveling to North Carolina, and being with her three children and three pets.
