Before entering real estate, Kaylan earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering and built a diverse career spanning cost engineering, automotive services, and executive leadership as the CFO of a digital marketing company. These experiences shaped her strategic mindset, sharpened her attention to detail, and strengthened her ability to navigate complex, fast-paced transactions with confidence and precision.
