About Kelly Moody
With more than 25 years of experience representing buyers and sellers throughout Metro Detroit, I bring seasoned expertise, strong negotiation skills, and a steady hand to every transaction. My business is built largely on referrals and repeat clients, which is a testament to the trust, results, and long-term relationships I value deeply. As a lifelong Birmingham/Bloomfield resident, I offer in-depth knowledge of the local market, neighborhoods, and community dynamics. Whether assisting first-time buyers, luxury sellers, or relocation clients moving into or out of the area, I provide thoughtful, meticulous guidance and attention to detail from start to closing. As part of The Agency, a globally recognized, luxury-focused brokerage, I combine boutique level service with powerful marketing, advertising and exposure. My clients benefit from elevated presentation, strategic pricing, and a personalized approach tailored to their goals. A graduate of Michigan State University and a proud mother of two grown children and two wonderful grandchildren, I care deeply about this community and its residents. I would be honored to help you with your next move.
