Serving the vibrant communities of Naples, Estero, and Fort Myers, Kevin has built a reputation as a trusted advisor, specializing in the coveted Pelican Bay area. Originally from Illinois, Kevin honed his skills at Harper College, studying horticulture and landscape design. For 40 years, he owned and operated Karlstedt Landscape Group, Inc., crafting luxury landscapes across Chicago's Northwest Suburbs and Northshore. His attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and client-first approach established a legacy of beauty and function that continues to thrive today. Kevin's transition to real estate was a natural progression, inspired by his family's passion for designing and building custom homes. Together with his wife-whose background in general contracting and interior design has been invaluable-they have developed a shared vision for helping clients find and create their dream properties. What Kevin loves most about real estate is the opportunity to connect with people, understand their unique needs, and guide them through the journey of buying or selling a home. Drawing on decades of experience in high-value transactions, Kevin offers clients a seamless and rewarding experience. Outside of real estate, Kevin enjoys life's simple pleasures-whether fishing, golfing with his family, or traveling to new destinations. A lifelong baseball enthusiast, he relishes cheering on his son, a college baseball player, from the stands. At home, he treasures family dinners and lazy beach days.Dedicated to giving back, Kevin actively supports causes close to his heart, including the Cancer Federation, ASPCA, and Barb's Precious Rescue. His unwavering commitment to excellence and community makes Kevin a valued member of The Agency Naples.
