About Kim Bradley-Fritzler
Kim Fritzler brings more than two decades of real estate experience to her role as Managing Broker of The Agency Vail, with offices in Edwards and Vail. She moved to Colorado from Southern California in 1989 and, apart from brief chapters in Orlando and the Chicago suburbs, has called the state home ever since. Today, Eagle is home. Kim's experience includes luxury homes, new construction and development sales. As she expands her focus in the Vail market, she pairs deep knowledge of the valley with a personal approach to helping clients find the property that truly fits their lives in the Rocky Mountains. Now an empty nester, Kim has the time and flexibility to invest deeply in her clients. She values being a partner throughout the process, listening closely, sharing honest guidance and staying involved well beyond the transaction. Kim is proud to call Eagle home and enjoys serving on the town's Economic Vitality and Marketing & Events Advisory Committees. As Managing Broker, she brings that same commitment to supporting agents and building a collaborative team at The Agency. Kim and her husband, Scott, love visiting their adult children-Garrett, Kaya, Karlie and Sage-throughout Colorado, traveling together and making summer memories at their lake property in Wyoming. At home, their beloved golden retriever makes Kim smile every day.
