About Kristin Manella
As a dedicated California REALTOR®, Kristin believes in building personal relationships and tailoring each home buying or selling experience to match every unique client and their needs. She prides herself on giving her clients a smooth, transparent and enjoyable real estate experience. Kristin believes a REALTOR® should not only be an advocate for their clients, but also a trusted friend, and continues to provide support and be a resource to her clients long after their transactions are complete. Kristin graduated with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from California Polytechnic State University, where she minored in Sustainable Environments. After a career in high-end residential landscape design, she made the logical transition into residential real estate, channeling her experience in architecture, design, and client relations to help others search for their dream home. As a San Francisco Bay Area native, she has a deep understanding of what makes this area so desirable and works hard to find the right properties for her clients. She is an empathetic listener, responsive to her client's needs and eager to go the extra mile. Most important to her is her beautiful family - her husband, and two young children. Kristin is actively involved in the local schools and understands the importance of feeling connected to your community and loving where you live. What clients say they most appreciate about Kristin is her commitment and support given throughout the home-buying process, her exceptional research and market knowledge, and her tenacious nature. As a member of The Agency family, Kristin looks forward to helping you buy or sell your next home.
