About Kylee Childs
I'm Kylee Childs, a dedicated real estate agent serving the vibrant community of Juab county and surrounding areas. With a deep passion for helping families find their perfect home or sell their property with ease, I've built my career on trust, local expertise, and personalized service. Whether you're a first-time buyer dreaming of a cozy starter home in our scenic Juab County landscapes, or a seller looking to maximize your investment in this growing market, I'm here to guide you every step of the way. I specialize in residential properties, from charming historic homes to spacious ranches, and I pride myself on negotiating the best deals while keeping the process stress-free and enjoyable. Together with my husband, I co-own General Ops Construction, where we work as a dynamic team to build and create exceptional real estate projects. Combining our construction expertise with my real estate knowledge, we offer a unique perspective, helping clients envision not just a home but a lifestyle-whether it's renovating a fixer-upper or building something new from the ground up. Our shared passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces drives us to go above and beyond for our clients. On a personal note, I'm happily married to the love of my life, and together we're raising three energetic boys who keep our home full of laughter and adventure. When I'm not out showing properties or closing deals, you'll find me spending time with my hubby and boys doing what we love most which include: riding horses through the local trails, camping in our favorite spots, riding our RZR and four-wheelers or adventuring somewhere new. These passions keep me grounded and fuel my love for real estate, driving me to help others find their perfect home or successfully sell their property is the real joy. If you're ready to buy, sell, or just chat about the real estate market, I'd love to connect. Let's make your real estate goals a reality!
