About Liz Blank
A Los Altos native, Liz Blank brings more than 15 years of experience in Silicon Valley real estate to The Agency Los Altos. She has witnessed apricot orchards transformed into premier neighborhoods, and brings a unique historical perspective paired with unparalleled market expertise across the Peninsula. Liz specializes in the area's most coveted markets from San Jose to San Mateo, with particular focus on Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Mountain View, and Palo Alto. Before real estate, Liz spent 16 years in product development at Hewlett-Packard in Scientific Instrumentation, where she honed her analytical rigor and project management expertise. Both have proven essential for navigating complex luxury real estate transactions. After leaving HP, Liz founded a consulting firm-IntroDesigns, Inc.-focussed on helping biotech companies with product launch initiatives. After 10 years in consulting, Liz transitioned to real estate where she enjoys helping her clients navigate the complex maze of real estate in Silicon Valley. She thrives on the creative problem-solving that luxury real estate demands, and channels her natural ability for finding creative solutions and for strategic negotiation into achieving exceptional results for her clients. She approaches each transaction as a carefully managed project with defined milestones, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail. What sets Liz apart is her commitment to listening, educating, and guiding clients through every aspect of their real estate journey. She always keeps her clients' best interests as her top priority. Since joining The Agency Los Altos, Liz continues to build on her established track record. When not helping clients achieve their financial and real estate goals, Liz enjoys hiking local trails with her husband Peter and their Standard Poodle, Charlie. They also enjoy skiing, gardening, cycling and staying active. Liz embraces the Peninsula lifestyle that draws so many to call this beautiful area home. "We have donated time and financial support to the Peninsula Open Space Trust which has assured, in perpetuity, the beauty of our surroundings will be open to all of us to enjoy." Liz is deeply committed to her community and has volunteered or served on boards with other non-profit organizations, including Dress for Success, the Boy Scouts of America, and the American Cancer Society's Prostate Cancer Initiative.
