Originally from San Marcos, Guatemala, Luis has called Los Angeles home for over three decades. He grew up in North Hills and attended California State University, Northridge, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Sociology. Luis's journey into real estate was influenced by his experience running a family construction business, where he adopted skills like customer service excellence, relational prowess, and adept problem-solving - all of which translated into his real estate career. Luis's knowledge of the San Fernando Valley is invaluable in helping his clients reach their real estate goals. His upbringing in the Valley and his family's construction background give him unique insight into the region's dynamics and market trends. Beyond real estate, Luis finds fulfillment in his involvement with Ministerios Dulce Refugio Ebenezer, a charitable organization close to his heart.
