Following graduation, she relocated to Houston, Texas, where she began her career as a Financial Analyst at a Fortune 5 company. The experience strengthened her analytical and financial skill set, but her longstanding interest in real estate ultimately led her to pursue the industry full time. Makayla's passion for real estate began at an early age through countless home tours alongside her mother, experiences that developed her appreciation for architecture, design, functionality, and the qualities that distinguish one property from another.
