Hi, I'm Marissa, and I'm so glad you're here! I'm a Realtor based in Draper, Utah, helping clients buy and sell homes throughout the Salt Lake Valley, Davis County (Where I was born and raised near my Grandpa's Dairy Farm) and Utah County. Real estate isn't just my career - it's part of who I am. I was raised in Real Estate following in my father's footsteps in the Real Estate Business and the Mortgage Lending business (Yes, I have that license as well). Being born into it, and that early exposure gave me a true appreciation for what "home" means in people's lives. Over the years, I've built my business on three simple values: Trust - because buying or selling a home is one of life's biggest and most expensive decisions. Care - I treat every client like family and every move like it's my own. Expertise - with deep knowledge of the Utah market, I help make the process as smooth and as stress- free as possible. My Favorite part of my job is watching the EXCITEMENT in my client's eyes when they find the one - that perfect place to call home. When I'm not working with client's, you'll find me enjoying life in Utah with my family and our pup Stormi (She's a Blue Heeler Lab and spoiled with love). I love exploring our beautiful mountains and paddleboarding, cheering on my younger son at all of his baseball games and yes I am the loudest cheerleader. I love watching my older son grow into an adult while he is working part time and attending the Business School at the UofU. I also love finding the best spots to unwind with my husband. Family Time is the Best Time and it seems to just go so quickly these days.
