About Matt Cunningham
A born-and-raised Wacoan and proud Midway High School graduate, I've built my career on service, leadership, and a deep commitment to the community I call home. Over 15 years in law enforcement-including six years on SWAT and two years with the Fugitive Apprehension Unit-I learned how to lead with integrity, navigate high-pressure situations, and bring people together toward a common goal. Those experiences shaped the way I serve today as Managing Director of our brokerage. I'm passionate about building a culture of professionalism, accountability, and genuine care-both for our agents and the clients they represent. My focus is on creating an environment where people feel supported, empowered, and equipped to reach their highest potential. Waco has given me so much, and it's an honor to help shape an organization that gives back to the city and continues raising the bar for our community and our industry.
