About Max Heltzer
Max Heltzer joins The Agency's Beverly Hills office, serving the neighborhoods of Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, Hollywood Hills, Santa Monica, Palisades, and Malibu. Growing up around residential development and construction and living in Los Angeles his entire life, Max has an intrinsic knowledge of the city's unique neighborhoods and real estate market. With a family history in real estate spanning nearly a century, Max's passion for the field is deeply rooted. Max reignited his passion for real estate by playing a key role in the development of the Chase Center in San Francisco, the new arena for the Golden State Warriors. This hands-on experience gave him a solid foundation in development and construction management, which he has since applied to residential real estate. Additionally, his time at Creative Artists Agency allowed him to build lasting relationships within the talent and sports industries. Max loves connecting with people and, in turn, connecting them with their dream homes. He is known for his personable nature and keen eye for architecture and design, making him a valuable asset to clients. Outside of work, Max enjoys playing golf, attending live music events, traveling, and spending time with his dog, Coco, and his family and friends.
