About Meagan Mylan
Meagan was born and raised in Coeur d’Alene...as a matter of fact she lives one mile from her childhood home that her family still lives in today! She attended Lake City High where she was one of the top three sprinters in the state. She took that success and attended University of Idaho, ran track and has Bachelor's degrees in both Spanish and Sports Science. Meagan took her SS degree and has worked as a Crossfit coach at Crossfit CDA for over 15 years and loves the fitness and wellness world. She realized as a young adult that she had a knack for photography and has had her own successful business shooting families, babies, headshots and all the in betweens. Meagan is drawn to real estate for multiple reasons, but the biggest one being she really enjoys encouraging and taking interest in people. Their stories, their ‘why’s, and serving them in any needs they have. She specializes in helping people achieve the perfect property or home for their needs! Outside of work Meagan enjoys spending time with her family in the outdoors whether it be camping, hiking or riding bikes. She has been married to her high school sweetheart for 15 years and they have two crazy and incredible children, Roman and Blake. She loves live music and karaoke-she even started CDA Karaoke in 2023.
