With almost a decade of real estate expertise, Megan Soloway Leib brings a unique background and multifaceted perspective to The Agency's South Florida office. Originally from Los Angeles, Megan began her career in the entertainment industry with Turner Broadcasting and APA before transitioning into luxury real estate. Early in her real estate career, Megan worked alongside two of The Agency's founding partners, representing clients across some of Los Angeles' most exclusive neighborhoods, including Brentwood, Beverly Hills, Hollywood Hills, and Bel Air. Her work included advising high-net-worth clients and assisting developers in identifying and securing residential investment opportunities. With dual licenses in California and Florida, Megan specializes in luxury residential real estate, with a particular focus on single-family homes and development opportunities throughout South Florida. Her experience extends beyond traditional brokerage into the acquisition and development of single-family properties, where she is actively involved in evaluating opportunities, determining the potential value of an acquisition, and making strategic decisions around design, architecture, construction, and interiors. Through her hands-on involvement in the development process, Megan brings an understanding of what makes a property valuable not only today, but also through thoughtful planning and execution. She evaluates acquisitions with a focus on location, land, existing improvements, future potential, and the ability to create value through design and development. Working alongside her husband and partner, she is involved in the full lifecycle of their projects, from identifying and acquiring properties to shaping the architectural vision, design, and finished product. This combination of luxury brokerage experience and hands-on development expertise allows Megan to provide clients with a broader perspective when evaluating residential acquisitions, whether they are purchasing a home for their family or seeking an opportunity with development potential. Outside of work, Megan is a dedicated mother who enjoys raising her two young daughters, cooking, and spending time outdoors with her family and dogs.
