Michael's journey into real estate was a natural one, inspired by a family legacy: his grandmother was a Realtor, and his mother managed the numbers for a local builder. He discovered his calling early, spending childhood afternoons exploring nearby developments- that is when Michael knew that he wanted to be in real estate. That early curiosity grew into a career after earning a Marketing degree from Oakland University, followed by a Master's in Urban Design from Lawrence Technological University. His academic and professional background allows him to assess properties through both a design-forward and market-savvy lens. Having worked for a leading Metro Detroit luxury home builder, Michael is well-versed in residential construction and new development. He understands homes from the inside out-costs, materials, trends, and long-term value-an expertise he shares with clients to help them make the most informed decisions possible.
