About Nalini Sosa
Nalini has called Santa Fe home since childhood, and that lifelong connection to the city shapes how she works today. She comes from a family of entrepreneurs, an upbringing that instilled a strong work ethic and business instinct early on. She brings a genuine local perspective to every transaction, including firsthand familiarity with the neighborhoods and areas that often get overlooked in the broader market. Today, Nalini focuses on residential resale across Santa Fe's luxury and established neighborhoods, bringing a sharp understanding of the city's architecture, land, and lifestyle to her clients. Her perspective is shaped by real, hands-on experience in construction and development: she has worked with premier luxury builders and architects including Tierra Concepts, Pulte, DeBartolo Development, and Arete Homes, overseeing projects and walking properties on-site, giving her a builder's eye for quality that few agents bring to a transaction. She thrives under pressure and excels in high-stakes, fast-moving situations, strengths she pairs with a degree in Business Administration. Nalini is also known for her deep community involvement. She's a strong advocate for homeownership education, connecting buyers with resources available through the New Mexico Housing Authority, and supporting programs through the Santa Fe Housing Trust. She also volunteers with Bienvenidos Outreach, Kitchen Angels, and serves on SFAR's Volunteer Committee. Fluent in Spanish, she's able to serve a wider range of clients across the community. Nalini brings a modern, tech-forward approach to marketing, ensuring every listing gets the exposure and presentation today's luxury buyers expect. Whether you're buying your next luxury property or listing your home for sale, she brings sharp instincts, discretion, and dedication to every step of the process.
