Before joining The Agency, Rainy served as Head of Operations West at Compass and as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Northern California luxury brokerage, Alain Pinel Realtors. She holds an MBA from the University of Oxford, with an emphasis on international marketing and strategy.
