For nearly 12 years, I have had the privilege of helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals throughout North Idaho. I proudly serve clients across the region, specializing in Kootenai and Bonner counties, and I am licensed in both Idaho and Washington. My experience spans residential homes, new construction, developments, land, waterfront properties, and more, allowing me to support clients with a wide range of real estate needs. Originally from New Mexico, my family and I made North Idaho our home years ago, and I truly cannot imagine living anywhere else. I love everything this area has to offer and take great pride in helping others discover the same lifestyle that made me fall in love with it. Family is the foundation of my life. I am a mother of two amazing children and a grandmother of four beautiful grandbabies. My daughter and her family live here in Coeur d'Alene, while my son and his family currently reside in Mesa, Arizona. Being close to family is something I deeply cherish, and it has given me an even greater appreciation for helping others put down roots in a community they love. In addition to real estate, I am the owner and operator of Willow Bay North, a seasonal waterfront restaurant on the beautiful Pend Oreille River. Open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, the restaurant is located alongside a marina and campground, making it a favorite destination for both locals and visitors. Through both of my businesses, I have had the opportunity to build lasting relationships and strong connections throughout the North Idaho community.
