Scott Mitchelson is a seasoned real estate executive with over 30 years of experience in global franchising, strategic growth, and luxury hospitality. He currently serves as the Senior Vice President of International Franchise Sales for The Agency, where he leads the firm's global expansion and affiliate network development. Throughout his career, Scott has held pivotal leadership roles at several of the industry's most influential brands. Prior to joining The Agency, he was the SVP of Global Development for The Corcoran Group, where he drove international growth for the Corcoran Affiliate Network. He also spent 12 years at Windermere Real Estate, serving as President of Windermere Services for Oregon, SW Washington, and Hawaii. A graduate of Washington State University with a B.A. in History, Scott holds the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation from the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business & Entrepreneurship.
