About Susie Noddle
With decades of experience in commercial real estate development, investment and advisory, Susie Noddle brings an owner's perspective and a developer's understanding to Bistrian Commercial Advisory Team at The Agency Hamptons. Her career has touched nearly every stage of the commercial real estate lifecycle, from site selection and acquisition to entitlements, leasing, construction, redevelopment and asset management. Susie began her career with Noddle Companies, the privately held real estate development and management company founded by her father, Harlan Noddle. Working across the company's Omaha, Chicago and New York offices, she spent nearly two decades immersed in the development of retail, office and mixed-use properties. Her experience included single-tenant, triple-net retail developments, multi-tenant projects, public-private partnerships and complex redevelopment opportunities. She was responsible for projects from the earliest stages of site selection and due diligence through acquisition, zoning and entitlements, lease negotiations, construction bidding and general contractor management. Her career later took her to Celestial Capital Group, where, as Senior Vice President, she focused on the acquisition of value-add office and retail properties throughout the New York metropolitan area. Her work encompassed negotiations with sellers, lenders and special servicers as well as construction and property management. In 2011, she founded SNCRES, initially as a commercial real estate consulting company and later as an investment vehicle focused on opportunities including value-add retail, office development and mall redevelopment. Susie subsequently rejoined Noddle Companies as Senior Vice President for special projects, working across alternative development concepts, investor relations and finance opportunities. Over the course of her career, her project experience has extended across markets throughout the country and has included ground-up retail, multi-tenant commercial properties, medical and office projects, redevelopment and food hall development. At Bistrian Commercial Advisory Team, Susie brings that depth of experience to the Hamptons commercial market, advising property owners, investors, developers and businesses with a perspective that goes well beyond the transaction itself. She understands how to evaluate an opportunity not simply for what it is today, but for what it can become, considering the operational, financial and development factors that ultimately shape a property's value. A graduate of Tulane University, Susie is also the founder and principal of Grace Dialogues, a community platform and salon series created to empower, educate and connect women as they navigate middle life. Her commitment to community extends to her philanthropic work, including serving on the board of Beit Ruth and previous involvement with organizations including the ADL, UJA, the Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center's Pancreatic Cancer Center of Excellence and the Harlan J. Noddle Memorial Cancer Fund.
