About Ted Paulin
Ted Paulin joined The Agency's Los Altos office in May 2026, bringing more than 20 years of experience representing buyers and sellers across the Peninsula, San Mateo, and Santa Clara, specializing in Palo Alto and Menlo Park. A fifth-generation Palo Alto resident, Ted's expertise and professionalism are matched by his personal warmth and genuine enthusiasm. Real estate runs in the family: he is a second-generation Realtor, with relatives who have worked in construction, development, and lending, giving him an invaluable understanding of how homes are built, valued, and sold. Ted's knowledge allows him to quickly assess a property and recommend the improvements that will earn the best price. After more than two decades of watching the area change firsthand, Ted's insight is an asset to young families, move-up buyers, and investors alike. Ted was born in the community and spent his early years in Belize and Sierra Leone as a Peace Corps kid before returning home to finish his education, earning a BA in English from California State University, Chico. He spent many years running a successful sports massage practice and managing rental properties before joining his mother, a Realtor for 57 years, in real estate. Whether a client is searching for the place they'll call home or selling through a major life change, Ted guides them through the process with calm, expertise, and a positive "can do" attitude. Outside of work, Ted is an avid cyclist who lives in Menlo Park with his wife and their Australian Shepherd, Brody.
