About The Arlene & Ambrish Team
Thirty years of East Bay real estate expertise meets with Green tech leadership and experience. Arlene's deep knowledge of local architecture and market history, paired with Ambrish's steady, plain-spoken approach to complex negotiations, means you get both the local insider and the strategic advisor. Arlene brings three decades of matching East Bay buyers and sellers with homes that fit their lives, from Arts & Crafts bungalows to complex multi-units. She's a fixture in East Bay architectural preservation circles, the proud owner of a 1911 Julia Morgan home, and a Real Trends honoree year after year, with deep roots in the industry's Green advocacy movement. Ask her about the best croissants in town or where to spot monarch caterpillars munching milkweed in a native garden, and you'll also get a thoughtful and detailed answer. She starts most mornings on a positive note, singing with the Daily Antidote of Song before she's on the phone with clients. Ambrish brings 20+ years of leadership and negotiation experience from the Green tech industry to every transaction - the same steady, plain-spoken problem-solving, now focused on guiding clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. A Certified Green Realtor with a soft spot for mid-century modern homes, he's just as likely to be found playing pickleball, cheering at a high school robotics competition, scoring a swim meet, or judging a youth poetry slam as he is walking a client through an offer. Together, we believe 1+1 is greater than 2. We're your Guardian Angels and your Devil's Advocates: strategic when it counts, always honest and candid. We are genuinely invested in your outcome - not just as agents, but as neighbors who happen to know this market inside and out, and care deeply about doing right by you.
