Originally from Connecticut, Tim was drafted by the Washington Nationals in 2010 before choosing to attend the University of Maryland on a baseball scholarship, where he was named team captain during his sophomore year. His baseball career later included playing in several markets across the country and an invitation to spring training with the Texas Rangers. The experience shaped the work ethic, adaptability, leadership, and competitive spirit that continue to define his professional approach today. Following baseball, Tim relocated from Westchester, New York, to North Carolina to work as a logistics analyst with Philips Van Heusen. He settled in Mooresville and quickly developed an appreciation for the Lake Norman lifestyle and the communities surrounding it. With a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Master of Business Administration, Tim combines analytical thinking with a natural ability to connect with people, helping buyers identify the right opportunities and sellers strategically position their properties in the marketplace. At The Agency, Tim is backed by a global network built around collaboration rather than boundaries.
