Originally from Butler, New Jersey, Todd studied marketing and finance at Montclair University before launching a successful career as a General Manager in the automotive industry. His background in property management and customer-focused sales laid a strong foundation for his transition into real estate-a move inspired by a friend shortly after Todd relocated to Florida eight years ago. What excites Todd most about real estate is the dynamic nature of the work: "Every day is a different day," he says. He thrives on the energy of buyer and seller interactions and finds joy in the moment of closing, where dreams become reality. His strengths lie in listening, showing up, and always responding to clients promptly-qualities that have earned him trust and repeat business. Outside of work, Todd enjoys beach days, boating, and fishing with family and friends.
