Originally from Australia via London, Wendy has lived in Los Angeles for over 20 years and understands what it means to navigate major life transitions. Having relocated internationally herself, she is especially skilled at guiding clients through moves that involve change-whether relocating from abroad, selling one home to step into the next, or making thoughtful long-term investments. She believes homeownership is empowering and values being part of decisions that shape her clients' futures. With a background in business and accounting, early experience working alongside developers and investors, and firsthand knowledge gained from buying, selling, and remodeling her own properties, Wendy brings both practical insight and steady perspective to every deal. Her style is informed, calm, and persistent, helping clients feel confident at every stage of the process. Outside of real estate, Wendy enjoys traveling, hot yoga, discovering great local restaurants, and walking her rescue chihuahua mix, Joey, through the neighborhoods she knows so well.
