About Zar Zanganeh
Bringing over 28 years of real estate expertise and a wide-ranging skillset to The Agency, Zar Zanganeh is the Managing Partner of the brokerage's Las Vegas, Henderson, Reno and Lake Tahoe offices, serving clients and supporting agents in Las Vegas, Henderson, and the surrounding valley. Zar specializes in luxury real estate and new developments, focusing on building great relationships and adding value at every touchpoint. Speaking to the exceptional experience he provides to his clients, over 20% of his business is off-market deals and over 80% is referral business.... Originally from Marbella, Spain, Zar had an international upbringing in France, Orange County and Los Angeles. Always destined for the world of real estate, he started working as an assistant to a real estate broker as a 14 year old in high school, he fell in love with the industry, and never left. Zar passionately searches for exactly what his clients are seeking, delving into off-market properties to find their dream home. He finds his job incredibly fulfilling and is grateful to work with an incredible team of colleagues. No two days are the same in real estate, and that is what he finds so exciting. His impressive accolades include being inducted into the hall of fame for 40 under 40 by the Young Professionals' Network, serving as the former 2017-2018 luxury chair for the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) and was President in 2023, Zar holds the record for most homes sold over $10M in his market. He has been a 15-time winner of AREAA's top 10 agents in America, was named Realtor of the Year by NAREB in 2024 and has been named as one of the top 25 agents in southern Nevada every year for more than two decades times. In his free time, he enjoys exotic cars, taking care of his six rescue Great Danes and vacationing with his family. He sits on the board for the Nasri Academy of Gifted Children and supports numerous other organizations across Nevada. His love for advocacy, and equality matched with his passion for improving minority homeownership has led him to over 100 speaking engagements, including speaking at the Capitol in DC and twice at the White House in recent years!
